Episode 5 when Peter pins him on the ground at the video store, his neck glows blue where Derek stabbed him with his nail like that bullet wound Derek had from Kate’s bullet. Later in the show Peter bites him. The mix between Dereks stab, the bullets chemicals & Peter formed a weird ass creature, that’s just what I think. idk… I could definitely be wrong.
